A full, fun filled day awaits with Robert Harwood demonstrating how to make his modelling chocolate recipe, how to make mexican paste (flower paste), and fast home made fondant.
He will cover some basics with mexican paste and fondant and then go into how to work with modelling chocolate for fast banners, borders, moulds etc and modelling chocolate for ultra fast flowers, super detailed modelling chocolate flowers and basic sculpting.
And will very quickly touch on using modelling chocolate over wire armature.
After lunch there will be time to play with modelling chocolate and make a basic model of your own.
Please note the earlier 9am arrival as the demos will start at 9.30am sharp.
